Akin Ajuwon is a seasoned project executioner with over twenty years of international experience in the project management of large-scale and complex infrastructure and commercial projects ranging from airport terminals to bridges and roads.
He has proven expertise and skills in start-up program planning, cost estimating/controls, scheduling and document control systems, processes and procedures, change order management and project management.
He has served as Senior Program Manager and Project Controls Director in North America, Middle East and Africa in partnership with major global engineering and construction companies including HNTB, AECOM, PB, Parsons, Kentz, Bechtel and SNC Lavalin.
Akin recently served as Senior Project Controls Manager managing the $3.2B expansion to South Terminal C of the Orlando International Airport under the Prime Contractor — AECOM.
