Project Overview
We redeveloped a 12,000-square-foot retail center in the heart of Ellicott City into a dynamic destination that blends essential services with global dining. Anchored by a high-capacity laundromat and an international food chain, the center was designed to attract both daily visitors and destination traffic.
The layout emphasizes accessibility and flow, with frontage and circulation patterns tailored to high-volume use while maintaining a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere.
By combining practical amenities with recognizable international branding, the center delivers strong performance and reinforces its role as a neighborhood anchor.
