Project Overview
We master-planned a 40-acre site into a dynamic, transit-oriented town center featuring mixed-use urban buildings designed for modern, connected living. Located near the Morgan Boulevard Metro stop, this community is thoughtfully organized around live-work-play principles, with placemaking at the heart of the design.
