Project Overview
We redesigned and rebuilt an outdated commercial building into a luxury, contemporary doctor’s office centered on wellness and hospitality. As the design-builder, we led the full transformation—elevating the exterior from a drab structure into a sleek, modern two-story medical facility with clean lines and renewed presence.
Inside, the reception area was reimagined with warm, welcoming, hospitality-inspired finishes that create an immediate sense of calm.
Contemporary treatment rooms blend clinical efficiency with spa-like comfort, using modern materials and thoughtful lighting to enhance the patient experience.
This project showcases our ability to turn aging spaces into sophisticated, high-performing environments that reflect modern healthcare at its best.
