The plan focuses on modern living while fostering strong neighborhood connection and a clear urban structure.

Execution & Impact

At the heart of the development is a vibrant town center with restaurants, offices, and retail, supported by primary and secondary schools and wellness-driven public spaces including walking trails, mini parks, ponds, and landscaped open areas.
